Individual Development Plan (IDP)
An Individual Development Plan (IDP) is a career development tool that can help you identify and communicate your research and career goals to your research advisor and other mentors. Our graduate students and post doctoral fellows have the opportunity to attend workshops to begin creating their IDPs, and meet regularly with their advisors to chart their progress and refine their goals.
